McDole Performance Systems to train FRC varsity boys basketball

Last summer, our first to offer our “Nation of Elevation” vertical program, one of our bigger success stories was Brett Foster. Brett is a tall, lanky guard from Fort Richmond Collegiate, and came in already boasting a lot of athletic ability. As good as he was coming into our 12 week program Brett went back to his team and his teammates couldn’t help but wonder what he did to become so much quicker and explosive.

Rachele Bosc – Growing Up Quick

This past July the McDole Performance Systems’ door was blown open by one of the most eager athletes we have seen to date. Early one evening, led by a smile that can never be wiped (or worked) off her face, Rachele Bosc dragged her father through our doors. Had we let her, she probably would have hit The Prowler that night and then asked for more after it was done. I met with her and spoke with her father for half an hour. We discussed what we do at McDole Performance Systems, our expectations of our athletes, and what our off-season hockey program entails. Rachele was ready and excited to get her training rolling. Like any proud father, Mr. Bosc had the McDole Performance Systems’ staff convinced we were dealing with the next Hayley Wickenheiser!
