McDole Performance Systems (MPS) is recognized as one of the top sports performance training facilities in Canada. MPS has trained professionals from the NHL, AHL, CFL, UFC, as well as numerous amateurs from the WHL and CIS. MPS has years of experience training hockey players in this province with one goal in mind: making you the best player on the ice.

There is a stark difference between off-season training elsewhere and off-season training at MPS. A collection of like-minded and motivated athletes and Strength Coaches pushes players towards their goals, moving them closer to being the best players they can be. MPS-trained hockey players have won numerous awards and are currently projected amongst the top Canadian prospects for the NHL draft over the course of the next few years.

Note: Due to the overwhelming success of our program in 2009, our 2010 program is filling up fast and space is limited. All of our strength sessions are based on a 1:2 or 1:3 coach to players ratio, which ensures the success of each athlete we train. This type of training benefits the players markedly; however, it only allows for MPS’ Strength Coaches to train a select number of players each summer. We recommend you come in for your initial evaluation immediately (no matter if you plan on starting in April, May or June). Doing so will reserve you a spot within the program.
